While we operate independently, we are proudly affiliated with Independent Travel Experts, who are members of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) and hold ATOL protection. This means we are required to follow the TTA Code of Conduct, operate fairly, and stay fully compliant with industry regulations. Most importantly, it means you can book in confidence, knowing your holiday is 100% financially protected.
All customer funds are held in a trust account, which is completely separate from our business finances. Your money cannot be touched for any purpose other than to pay the suppliers providing your holiday.
